友達のＵちゃんから、採れたての新鮮なナスを・・・
↑こんなにいただいたので、新鮮なナスを早いうちにみんなで食べちゃおうってことで、
今日の料理は、揚げたナスに甘酢と豆板醤で味付けした・・・
ピリ辛揚げナス ２００円
あえて写真は載せず、↑のナスくんたちが、どんな料理になったかを想像しながら注文してみてください♪
さて、
《一富士、二鷹、三なすび》という言葉がありますが、どうしていきなり三番目になすびが？？？って思いませんか？
これは、徳川家康が三保の松原で早場もののなすの値段に驚き、駿河で高いものと言えば富士山と愛鷹山だと思っていたがなすも高いものだな、と言ったことに由来しているらしいです。
・・・っていうか、なすびのことより、
鷹って、鳥の鷹のことじゃなく、山の名前だったってことに驚きました。ぼくは４６年間勘違いして生きてきたようです（苦笑）。ああ、無知なオイラ（恥ずかしい・・・）
