今日はめずらしいもの作りました。
山形出身の人はよくご存知で、そうでない人はまったく知らない人も多い・・・
山形名物だし（きざみ野菜の醤油和え）１８０円
夏野菜と香味野菜を細かくきざんで、醤油ベースのたれに漬け込んだものです。
今回使用した夏野菜はきゅうりとなす、香味野菜はみょうがと大葉としょうがです。
とても、さっぱりします(^o^)
このままお酒のつまみにしてもいいし、ごはんや豆腐にのっけて食べてもＧＯＯＤです♪
豆腐が欲しいかたは、＋１００円で豆腐セットにできます。
山形といえば、
頻繁に来店してくれるお客さん（Ｓさん８３歳）で山形出身の方がいます。
このＳさんの話が、いつも自由すぎておもしろいのです(*´∀｀*)
いま、熊の被害のニュースが連日報道されていますよね。昨日、それについてＳさんが、こう口をひらきました。
「熊と言えばよう、俺が昔働いていた会社の寮が山のそばにあったんだけど、ごみ置場のところでガサガサ、ガサガサって、音がすんだよ」
「（熊なのかな？と思いつつ）はい」
「したらよ、タヌキなんだ」
「熊じゃなくて、タ、タヌキなんですね」
「そうタヌキ。タヌキはよ、そこに残飯あるの覚えちゃったみたいでよ、毎日やってくんのよ」
「・・・・・・」
「タヌキ見たことある？」
「はい」
「タヌキかわいいんだよ。ほんと、タヌキかわいいんだよな～」
「・・・・・・」
ぼくはこういう顔(^^;)でＳさんの話にあいづちを打ちながら、こう思っていました。
〈熊と言えばよう、って言ってしゃべりだしたのに、全然熊と関係ないし、タヌキかわいいを連呼して話終了って・・・(＠_＠;)〉
毎回先の読めないＳさんの話術に、笑いをこらえきれないときもあります。Ｓさん、今日も来るかなぁ(*´ω｀*)
