秋田県の郷土料理です。秋田の人なら、ピンとくるのかな？
かぼちゃのいとこ（あずき）煮 １８０円
かぼちゃとあずきって、甘ったるいんじゃない？・・・と、ぼくも思っていたのですが、それがそれが、
「やさしい甘さで、めちゃくちゃおいしい！＼(◎o◎)／」
びっくりしました。自信を持ってサクサクマスターおすすめです。
かぼちゃはβカロチンやビタミンが豊富で、免疫力を高めてくれますし、あずきは、むくみ防止に効果があるサポニンを多く含んでいます。そしてかぼちゃもあずきも、食物繊維たっぷりです。
カラダにも良く、おいしくてめずらしいこの料理、本日だけのご提供ですので、ぜひぜひ食べにいらしてください。
あ、どうして《いとこ煮》なのかというと、煮えにくい物から順に《追い追い》足して煮ていくのを、《甥甥》とかけて《いとこ煮》だそうですが・・・
むりくり感満載のネーミングだと思いません？(^o^;)
でも、おいしいからいいんですけどね(*^_^*)

今日もオリンピック雑談しますよ♪
男子陸上１００ｍ走、２００ｍ走は、共に史上最速の男、ウサイン・ボルトの圧巻の勝利で幕を閉じました。
ウサイン・ボルト（ジャマイカ）
それに関してのラジオのリスナーの話なんですけど、
街の小学生たちがそのボルトに関して、こんなことを言っていたそうです。
「ボルトってほんと速いなぁ。
あれは絶対に・・・
《瞬足》履いてるな！」
小学生の男の子に大人気の運動靴《瞬足》
小学生の子供がいる方ならもうおわかりでしょうが、《瞬足》とは、これを履くだけで速く走れると評判の子供用運動靴です（笑）
画像の右上にも明記してあるとおり、靴のサイズは19.0ｃｍ～24.5ｃｍしかありません。小学生向けなのです。
ちなみに、ボルトの足のサイズは３１ｃｍ、身長は１９６ｃｍです(^_^;)
少年Aの言葉を聞いて、少年Bはこう言ったそうです。
「間違いないよ。《瞬足》履かなきゃ、あんなに速く走れるわけないもん」
小学生のなかでの《瞬足》神話、すごいですね(*´艸｀*)
ちなみに、
ぼくは《瞬足》は持っていませんが・・・
《短足》なら、４７年間ずっと持ちつづけています(T_T)
そして、
《短足》は《瞬足》のように速くは走れませんが、ズボンの裾あげをすると、ちょっとした小物を作れるぐらいの生地が余るというメリットがあります（笑）
