あったかいものと、さっぱりしたものを用意しました。
おでん大根 １２０円
かぶとキャベツのさっぱり漬け ２００円
あと、これもまだやってます。
きのこ入りたぬき奴鍋 ３００円
ここからは、今日のブログタイトルの雑談なのですが、
先日、ラジオで奄美大島出身の歌手、中孝介（あたりこうすけ）さんが、島にマングースが増えすぎて問題になっている・・・という話をしていました。
《マングース》と聞いてすぐ、
こういう画（え）が浮かぶ人は、
昭和の人だと思います。平成の人は、マングース？？なのではないでしょうか。
マングースはインド原産で、コブラの天敵として知られています。
そのマングースが日本に輸入されたのは１９１０年のこと、ハブ退治のために２１匹のマングースが沖縄本島に持ち込まれました。
じつは、これが悲劇の始まりでした(＠_＠;)
その当時はまだハブの毒を消す血清がなく、ハブにかまれて死亡するケースが多発していました。
ハブと戦わせる実験をしたところ、マングースは見事ハブを撃退！
「よし！ マングース作戦決行だ！」
とばかりに、マングースを放ったところ、マングースはハブを食べず、ニワトリやアヒル、野鳥など、しかも沖縄の天然記念物であるヤンバルクイナを食べるという最悪の結果に・・・(lll￣□￣)
はたまた奄美大島には１０万匹のハブが生息し、その被害は沖縄よりも深刻でした。
ハブ対策としてイタチを２５００匹以上放したところ、逆にハブにやられて全滅(>_<)
毒薬を散布すれば、それが海に流れて魚や貝に害をおよぼしてしまい、最後の切り札として、ここでもマングース作戦を実施。
そのとき放たれた３０匹のマングースは、沖縄と同じくハブを食べずに奄美大島の貴重な生物を減少・絶滅に追い込みながら繁殖を繰り返し、現在では推定１万匹のマングースが生息しているそうです（￣□￣；）
いま奄美大島では、マングースを絶滅させるために年間数千匹を駆逐しているといいます。
ハブの被害に悩んでいたはずが、いまやマングースに頭を抱えているという、なかなかに難しい問題のお話でした。
