だんだん野菜の主役が大根になる季節ですね。
コンビニであるような濃い醤油味のおつゆに浸かったのではなく、醤油を使っていない、やさしくもうまみたっぷりのおだしで作った、おでん大根はいかがですかぁ♪
おでん大根（昆布付き） １５０円
そういえば、最近おでんの屋台って見かけませんね。
道交法の問題なのかな？ 昔はちょいちょい見かけたような気がします。
冬の寒い夜、上着を着たまま食べる屋台のおでんと日本酒は、コンビニで買って家で食べるのとは違う、あたたかさとうまさがあったように思います(*^^*)
ああ、あの頃はシンプルで良かったなぁ・・・なんて、最近ノスタルジック＆メランコリックなサクサクマスターでした(・´з`・)
